SilDerm™ Delivery Policy

  • SilDerm™ Brands will be delivered within 7 days.
  • Shipment within the UK, Ireland and Europe.

Refund / Return Policy

  • Due to the nature of the product refunds will only be given for tubes and bottles that are still sealed.
  • Damages in transit will be fully refunded.
  • Refunds will be given for lack of effect, if backed up with evidence.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 7 working days and full refund will be given for product returned intact.
  • No order can be cancelled after 7 days.
